ANNUAL DUES ARE DUE JANUARY 1, 2008

We have exciting news for you. You have the ability to use your credit card to pay your 2008 TAR/CAR/NAR REALTOR dues online. Follow the steps below and pay your dues by January 1, 2008.
In accordance with the NAR/TAR By-Laws, Article 10, you have 30 days after the due date, January 1, 2008, to pay your membership dues or your membership will be suspended. A 10% late fee charge will be added to your membership dues for all payments after January 15, 2008. If payment is not in the Board Office by 5:00 pm on January 31, 2008, your membership will be suspended, including access to the MLS.

Step 1: Call or email the TAR office to get your NRDS number (Acrobat Reader required). You will need to use your NRDS number and your last four digits of your social security number to pay dues.
Step 2: Click here to login and pay your annual dues online.
* If you have not already registered with N.A.R. you will need to click on “Click here to Register”
Step 3: Once you have an account and are logged in, go to http://www.realtor.org/ecommenu.nsf/ecommenu?Openform
Step 4: Input username and password that you just set up, click “My Invoice” click “Pay my 2008 Invoice”
Step 5: “Pay Invoice” or “View Final Invoice and Disclaimer”. You may pay now with electronic check or Visa/Master Card.

Payments to the Telluride Association are not deductible as charitable contributions; however, such payments may be deductible as ordinary business expenses in accordance with IRS rules and regulations. The $39.72 of your year 2008 dues is not deductible as a business expense because this portion is used for lobbying at the state and national levels.
